Bone Grafting

Bone grafting involves placement of a bone grafting material into the tooth extraction site, immediately following tooth removal.  A special membrane or covering is placed over top of the grafted site in order to prevent displacement and facilitate healing.  This will typically prevent the bone loss that would otherwise occur after dental extractions.

The procedure is comfortable, requires minimal time and maximizes the likelihood of successful implant placement!

The bone grafting material utilized may be made from synthetic, or donor bone material.  All materials are sterilized by the manufacturer and contained within a sealed package for single patient use.  This ensures there is no possibility of contracting any infectious disease during a grafting procedure.

It is our goal to provide patient-centered comprehensive care with a personalized approach that addresses the unique needs of each patient.
