Microabrasion

One of the many aesthetic treatment options offered at Colden Dental Care is microabrasion.

Microabrasion is a non-invasive procedure that removes developmental staining from the outermost layer of the tooth enamel.  It may be utilized to remove white, yellow or brown stains from the tooth.   Only certain stains are responsive to this type of treatment and will be recommended accordingly.

It is the most conservative method of removing developmental stains and is a permanent solution!

A rubber dam is placed over the stained teeth.  Local anesthetic is not required.  The stained enamel is typically treated with hydrochloric acid, which removes superficial staining.  The aesthetic outcome is remarkable!

It is our goal to provide patient-centered comprehensive care with a personalized approach that addresses the unique needs of each patient.
